This is a most popular rental home located in the Southeast corner of Grayton Beach. BRAND NEW GOURMET KITCHEN ALL WOLF/SUB ZERO and new counter tops and cabinets. 3 bathrooms recently remodeled. View from the large East exterior porches is of our private pool, private dock on the lake, and Grayton Beach State Park. View from the west large porches includes the Gulf of Mexico and the beach. Only 150 yards to the famous Red Bar Resturant and the new Chiringo Resturant.Recent improvements are new dock, new pool resurface, new Frontgate pool chairs, tankless hot water heaters, new back deck furniture, new Gourmet kitchen 3/07/21, new exterior hand rails, and new exterior paint. This wonderful home in perfect for large families or reunions.Set up for a couples trip with 6 bedrooms having at least a King bed in them. Many special features such as: 3 master suites with Jacuzzi tubs, game room featuring foos ball and ping pong.New kitchen features Wolf commercial gas stove, 2 ovens, 2 sub zero dishwashers, sub zero Ice machine, 2-30 Inch sub zero refrigerators, and 18 inch Sub zero freezer all built in. It also has 2 washer/dryers, Only 50 ft to the public access and 100 yards to the water's edge. Kiddy pool (7x7) and large (32x19) pool for the adults. This pool can also be heated in the winter for additional cost. House has Keurig 2.0. High speed internet!New Google Nest WIFI. Flat screen TV's through out. Saturday to Saturday rental. This is the second time that my friends and I have stayed at Seaspray. It is an amazing house that requires no Uber's. We were able to walk to get food and to AJ's. We had an amazing stay and will be back.

Our family has been going to Grayton Beach for over 20 years. About 24 of us stayed in Seaspray this July for a week. There is no way to value too much the time we had together. The house is in a great location; the pool is great. If anything is wrong Grayton Coast will fix it.

House was big, spacious and comfortable. We had a large group and there was plenty of room to spread out and not feel crowded. Great pool, great dock, great decks. House needs some basic attention. Half of the outlets don’t work, big hole in a door, exterior doors won’t open and close easily etc. overall great house— just thinking that for the price (almost 10 thousand dollars for a week) they’d pay a little extra attention and do things like at least put one roll of TP in each bathroom to start with. We were also there during a major hurricane and didn’t hear a word from the management company asking if we were staying, leaving, okay etc. a house 2 doors down had the doors blown open and the same management company manages it— two days after we called to let them know the third floor doors were STILL open.. they didn’t seem overly concerned but did care enough to have signs posted all over the house about what they would charge you for if damaged. Not very welcoming or relaxing.

We certainly enjoyed the house. It was close to the beach as well as having the lake behind the house. Our grandchildren loved kayaking on the lake as well as swimming in the pool. The house is spacious with wonderful porches on second and third floors on the front and back of the house.

Our family spent a week at Seaspray in late September. The accommodations were amazing! Large bedrooms and baths, well appointed kitchen and living area, great pool, and expansive porches with views of Gulf and lake. We love this area and this house was perfect for the large group that we had. We will definitely be back. We have rented from Grayton Coast Rentals on multiple occasions in the past. Cole and his team do a fantastic job of making sure your stay is special.

We had a blast! The two bunk rooms were perfect for the 12 grande and the upstairs bedrooms were great for the adults. Loved hanging out around the pool and the dock, paddle boarding and fishing. We hope to come back!

We love this house. It's our 9th year to stay here. However, the kitchen is in very bad need of improvements. The stovetop is in very bad condition. The burners aren't level and one has short in it. It's the same burner from 9 years ago. The icemaker was broken. The house needs a deep clean. The floors were grimy and sandy. the sheets in the twin bunk room hadn't been changed (sand in 2 beds. There was NO toilet paper in the bathrooms.

Our family loves staying at Seaspray! The spacious house is always clean and in everything is in working order when we arrive. Grayton is wonderful location for families and the beach access is just a few yards away. The fishing/crab dock, the pool, ping pong table and relaxing spaces both indoors and out offers everyone many options for fun. Oh, and the Red Bar is around the corner!

We had a wonderful time. The door handle to the front door on the kitchen level was loose and hard to open. The stovetop really needs to be replaced. Some of the burners don't sit level and were hard to use. Was happy to see the new oven. the boards on the staircases in the back by the pool are pretty rough. a couple of the kids kept getting splinters.<br/>Everything else was wonderful!

A great house for a large family. Loved the two refrigerators side by side and the two dish washers on either side of the sink. A large pantry in the kitchen was very handy. The separate ice maker was an added luxury. The only negatives were a handle in the downstairs shower was broken and a couple of shower heads were antiquated. The openness of the living room dining room and kitchen allowed 18 of us to move around without running over each other. Everyone in the family thought it was one of the best homes we've ever rented.

Sea Spray was a perfect rental for our mini family reunion over Christmas - more than adequate beds, comfortable furniture, plenty of lounging space - from pool area to various decks - short walk to beach - kitchen needs to be restocked with more forks - only 15 and house sleeps 26, slight maintenance needed on shower door in batch off small bunk room but otherwise, no issues - quite happy with our choice

Seaspray is the perfect rental for our family and have stayed there 5 times! Our days are spent at the beach, at the pool, fishing from the dock, or renting paddle boards, and night s are filled with family cooking, movies, games, good conversation and lots of laughs. Each vacation has provided a week of wonderful memories for us and we always look forward to returning.

We rented SeaSpray for an 8-member, adult professional gathering, and this house fit us to a T. Plenty of space to spread out for privacy, but also very functional common areas for gathering. I would imagine it to be equally good for large family gatherings. The views off the front ad back decks are different, but both spectacular. Bedding is comfortable, baths are well appointed, and having two dishwashers and refrigerators is a big plus. We made ample use of the game room downstairs, and the location is great, walk to everything. Jenny is very easy to work with on reservations and very responsive and helpful with questions. We had one very small WIFI issue caused by a previous tenant that was addressed and fixed very, very quickly by the manager, Cole. He is a good person to know and talk to about the area. We are returning again same time next year and look forward to our stay.

We had 19 family members who loved the beach, pool and bay. We rented YOLO Boards and ate "out" only once. Weather was perfect except a little windy.
