Description

Kitty’s Bliss is a four Bedroom, sleeps ten with 4.0 baths home one row from the Gulf. This two-story house is built on pilings. The heated pool is elevated to the first floor so no more walking down to the pool. The pool is heated which makes the pool very usable when it gets cold,

The first floor has three bedrooms: King Size Master with two sliding glass doors opening onto a deck and built at pool level.

The second bedroom is King Size with one sliding glass door opening on to a wraparound deck and is also at pool level. The third bedroom has two bunk beds with a sliding glass door also opening onto the deck. The separate laundry, along with a wet bar and refrigerator, are on the same floor as the bedrooms for convenience.

The fourth bedroom with a Queen Size bed is on the second floor with a new full bath and private balcony. The house sleeps ten people in beds.

The second floor also has a Great Room with a well-equipped open plan kitchen, bar, dining area, and beautiful sitting area opening onto a large, covered balcony with a charcoal grill and bistro table, overlooking the pool. There is a 50-inch flat panel TV that can be used as a monitor, and a Blue Ray player with popular APPS such as Pandora and Netflix. There is a high-speed Wi-Fi system that works throughout the house that is password protected.

There are five sliding glass doors opening on balconies overlooking the heated pool which makes the Great Room incredibly open and airy.

The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac and is private and quiet, which makes it great for children, yet only 250 yards west of the Red Bar. There is plenty of parking. There are two beach access points within one hundred yards of the house.

The house is rented from Sunday to Sunday during the summer season. Pet friendly.

Overall this was a great rental, but there were some factors we weren't prepared for:<br/>Cons:<br/>Currently there is construction going on right next to the house. The workers kept parking their trucks and blocking us in where we were parked. There was also the add noise that came with the concrete and crane work going into the the house being built. The other MAJOR issue was the mattresses. These beds are rock hard and it is hard for sleeping and getting a good nights rest. I don't want to sound picky, but the thread count on the sheets was pretty between the hard mattress and scratchy sheets and construction going on it was pretty hard to get sleep let alone sleep in...<br/>Pros:<br/>The location is great, parking is near impossible in this area so it was great to be able to not have to think about parking and just walk over to the beach. The layout of the house is different but worked for our family and the kids loved having a pool to enjoy after the beach. The kitchen was stocked well with everything needed to cook and feed the family. The communication around the rental was also great! <br/><br/>Overall it was a lovely place, we just wish we could have gotten better sleep.

This was our second stay at Kitty’s Bliss. We really love the location. The home is a little tired and could use some updates. The pool is great. The space is large. Room for lots of people. Love the parking. It accommodates about 4 vehicles. Our dog is welcome and that’s the biggest plus.

We had a wonderful week at Kitty’s Bliss. The house had everything we needed and we loved having our own pool. The only surprise we had was the walk to the beach. I should have inquired about it before I rented, but I had assumed that we had a close “cut- through” path to the gulf. However, it was a walk back to the road, around a bend, and then a substantial walk through a sandy path. In all it only took10-15 minutes, but pulling the cart through the sand was a bit of a workout. Also, one of the couples with us are older, and had difficulty walking in the sand that far. Everything else, including dealing with the rental agency was great.

We were very pleased with our stay at Kitty's Bliss. The location was private, great floor plan, nice pool and the unexpected view of the Gulf was very pleasing. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and entertaining our family. We have rented many properties at Grayton Beach, but this Kitty's Bliss was one of the best.

We loved our stay at Kitty’s Bliss. The house was well appointed and roomy enough for 4 adults and 7 teenagers. The many windows enhanced the beach feel and the sounds of the ocean. The outside pool and deck were a huge plus since no one could get in the ocean all week due to dangerous riptides. We will definitely be back.

The location was close to the Gulf so you have wonderful ocean views. The pool was perfect. House was great had room for everyone. Access to beach(s) was not bad. A little walk and you were there on state park beaches with plenty of room for family fun.

Great property. Great stay. Ginny and Cole were friendly and accommodating. Original rental became unavailable 3 weeks before trip. They quickly and efficiently found another property that was unbelievable!! Going to rent from them again next year. Cannot go wrong with these folks!!8

Kitty's Bliss was the perfect place for us to stay for our Fall break week. There was plenty of space for everyone, we had 3 adults and 4 kids. With elementary aged children we like to cook in most of our meals b/c they are worn out from all of the beach fun, the kitchen was spacious and well equip for all of our needs. Having the pool is a great addition, the pool deck is a great place to hang out when you need a break from the beach, it felt like our own little resort spot. We had a few very minor maintenance issues that were handled very promptly, the personnel was super friendly. The only down side that we experienced was the view/noise of the house under construction across the way but we understand that is inevitable sometimes. We often stay on Pine St. and have the beautiful view of the state park so have been spoiled by that. It is nice to be tucked back on a street that is not a main route into Grayton, Auburn Dr. is nice and quite. Overall it was a wonderful house for us, it was hard to leave when our week was over!!!

Loved this place! We had a great time. The private pool was wonderful to have for the kids and adults alike. The house was very clean and I am very particular. There are lots of nice chairs around decks and pool areas. Cole also delivered eight new chairs the day of our arrival. It is a hike to the water, but it is the same for everyone around us, just the way it is. All this being said we really enjoyed our vacation.

We have a family reunion in Grayton Beach each year.... I have stayed in numerous houses in Grayton.... It is a great place for family vacations.... This year we stayed at Kitty’s Bliss, a wonderful location and house.... Highly recommend it and will rent it again in the future....

House was very clean, enough room for 6 adults and 4 grandchildren. Porches on every level. Kitchen very well equipped, W/D good. Picture showed what looked like immediate beach access. New building under construction on arrival A bit of a hike with grandkids 11, 4, 2.5 and 4 month rental beach equipment helped very little shade at house. had 3 umbrella stands no umbrellas and pool chairs in much need of replacement.

We called the manager, they came and sprayed, and then came back a day later and sprayed again. Never saw another ant. Great relaxing time. House was close to the beach, only 5 minutes walk. We would sit on the deck every morning watching the waves roll in.<br/>The kids and grandkids loved the beach.<br/>The house was perfect for our whole family.

Kitty's Bliss was a wonderful home in a great location for us to stay during the first full week of June 2015. We had 5 adults and 4 children in our group and we were all comfortable. I recommend this property.
