Duck Duck Goose is located in the lovely neighborhood of Grove by the Sea in Seagrove Beach. This single-story 3 bedroom, 3 bath cottage is 500 yards from the beach and less than one mile from the charming town of Seaside. On North Andalusia Avenue, there are 2 community pools, a playground for the children and a tennis court, shaded under the trees that gives the community it’s name. Square footage is 1592.
Pools are not heated in the winter.

Pets considered with prior approval and pet fee.

This 3 bedroom, 3 bath cottage sleeps 9 with a sleeper sofa and its fun and charming decor. Duck Duck Goose has a charming screened-in porch and inside our home you will find a beach cottage atmosphere. This is a one-story home.

This home was perfect for my friend and I will tweens and a baby. One floor meant no scary stairs for the baby, and the master bedroom was far from the living room allowing the baby to sleep restfully. The art is fantastic- reminds me of NOLA charm.

The location of this home is perfect for several reasons. First, the beach access is super close and most importantly, this beach access is one of the least crowded areas on the beach. I walked all the way down to the high rise in Seagrove. I could not believe how lucky we got compared with the other areas. Second, the house itself sits close to the front of the neighborhood with close proximity to the pool. The neighborhood is quiet, shaded, well kept, and peaceful. I enjoyed sitting on the large screened porch.<br/>The house is much roomier than the pictures portray. We had plenty of space. Funky, fun, original artwork fills the walls. And the kitchen is well stocked. I would definitely bring our family back here in the future.

What a great time and wonderful little place to stay. House was great and in a wonderful location. Probably a 2 minute bike ride to the beach. Screened porch was a great place to sit in the evenings.

We absolutely loved Duck Duck Goose! Probably one of our most favorite homes in the 10 summers we've visited. The home was decorated with artwork from a precious local artist, of which I have several pieces in our home in Texas. The beds were incredibly comfy, the living room was cozy and the screen porch was perfect for early moring coffee listening to the birds, and late night cocktails after a day at the beach. Grove by the Sea neighborhood is the absolute perfect location, with the beach right up the street. The kids went to the pool several times during our visit. We cannot wait to come back and hope to stay here again. You will love it!

This is my tenth time to stay in SeaSide. We just love the area. I rented this house since it allowed dogs. Jenny was super to work with! She made sure all questions were answered. The house is MUCH cuter in person! It had everything I needed. Would rent this house again!

The house is clean and we'll stocked. The pool is a very short walk, the ocean is close enough. Bike rentals are very useful to have. Consider bringing a cart or getting beach service to avoid lugging equipment. <br/>Overall we were very pleased with our stay. The house is very cute.

Our shortened stay due to a mandatory evacuation wasn't ideal - but this home was everything we expected and more! The rooms were spacious and clean. All of the beds were comfortable and the access to the Beach was only a 7 min walk!<br/><br/>A must stay if you're looking for great access to the beach and well-maintained home.

We loved staying in this house at Grove by the Sea. The layout of the house made it plenty roomy for our family seven. It was convenient to the pool, the beach, and a bike ride to Seaside. The bikes were waiting on us when we arrived. One of our favorite things about the trip was sitting on the screened-in porch.

We've visited the area several times, but this was our first stay at Duck Duck Goose. The rental company was prompt and easy to work with. The house is even better than pictures portray. The two main bedrooms have their own bathroom with a 3rd bath off the hallway. It was idea for two families with the children in the room with twin beds. The only downside was the kitchen wasn't greatly stocked. There are no dishtowels which would have made doing dishes easier. We would have loved a pitcher for making lemonade and such. Aside from some additions to the kitchen utensils, the house, location and community ammibities are delightful. The house was very clean! We'd definitely stay here again!

This home is perfect! It had everything we needed and wanted. The furniture is super comfy and there is PLENTY of space! The front porch was a great addition to the space. We spent a ton of time there. And the location was great! Will for sure be back.

The layout and location of this house was absolutely idea for us! It was myself and my three kids as well as my parents and everyone had a private room and a private bathroom. It was cozy and had just the right size and features. We stayed in a larger house in Grove by the Sea last year and we actually liked this one better. The only complaint we had was that the kitchen was very sparsely outfitted. It could use quite a few more cooking/baking pans and utensils (no toaster, one frying pan, only wooden mixing spoons, no muffin tin) and some of the cabinets were poorly installed and a bathroom light was hanging. Other than that it was perfect! (PS - my son fell in love with the stuffed alligator...would love to find out where to get him one!)
