View from the large East exterior porches is of our private pool, gorgeous view of the lake, and Grayton Beach State Park. View from the west large porches includes the Gulf of Mexico and the beach. This wonderful home in perfect for families or reunions. Many special features such as: Only 70 ft to the public access and 120 yards to the water's edge. High speed internet! Saturday to Saturday rental. Off street parking.

We love Grayton Coast Rentals! They were so helpful and accommodating. The house was great and the pool was awesome. Our only complaint was that the washer and dryer cannot keep up for the number of people that the house accommodates. It definitely needs a high capacity or an extra set. Other than that our stay was great!!

this home was perfect for our family in a lot of ways. location, size, pool just all great. there were some items not working- stove was not working but they gave us a counter top oven to cook in, pool lights out but were repaired half way into trip , outside TV's not working but who wants to watch tv when you are on porch some other items but it did not hamper our stay so I would highly suggest this home to others just a great house with very nice management people. the only reason we will not re book this house is the drive there. what should have been an 8hr drive was 11 hours coming and going due to I10 traffic.

We had a great vacation but there were many things about the house that need to be repaired. The house was really not very clean, we had to do a good bit of cleaning upon arrival. Dog hair on blinds in master, (we didn't bring a dog) Sand on floors etc. The house needs some repairs, shower in one of baths has a rotten floor. Tub in master faucet is broken, we asked cleaning staff about it they said it had been reported numerous times. The outdoor furniture is dated, tables are rusty and not usable, pool furniture is dated and uncomfortable, no cushions. The location was perfect and we would really like to rent again but when we contacted property manager about the needed repairs they said there were no plans to update

There were two major issues with the home that are easily correctable, but very inconvenient for a current guest; 1. The dryer drum has a hole in it which will destroy clothes and is probably very dangerous. 2. The sink in the laundry room leaked out on to the floor. These items should have been addressed during our stay, but were not. <br/><br/>For future guests, please note this is not a 7 bedroom home. The "7th" bedroom is twin bunks attached to another room (basically a hallway with a door) that is part of the bathroom. Additionally the 6th bedroom has no bathroom or access to a bathroom. The nearest toilet is the powder room one floor below. These bedrooms are only suitable for a family situation where you don't mind people having to go through your bedroom to get to a bathroom. <br/><br/>Otherwise, the house is great. Excellent location, great view and very nice pool.
Peter thank you for your review. The owner has ordered and new dryer and it is being installed this week. As you know with Covid lead times have been extended on items and appliances are one of them. Our appliance repair guy went by and verified it was ok to use and just might take a couple cycles to dry so still usable. The small barely drip leak(when using water only) was the Pee trap which was tightened slightly after you made us aware. No big deal. This is a very nice home and does have 7 different sleeping areas and 5.5 baths. Great Pool and dock and great location on quiet street in Grayton. 150 yards to famous Red Bar but views are the best of pool, lake, and state park and Gulf off the back porches. Short walk to the boardwalk.

My family and I loved this house! Very clean. My son and I caught fish and crabs right off the dock. The view of the sunrise was amazing looking over Western Lake to the ocean.

There were 15 family members, and we all had a wonderful time. The house was beautiful, beds were comfortable, and sleeping arrangements were perfect; however, 22 people would have been quite a stretch. We also felt a second refrigerator would be welcome, since there were so many people. There were issues with the oven and the dishwasher, but we were having too much fun to complain. Also the bedroom with the queens and bunks were never cool enough at night. I mention these things not to be critical, but think the owners would like to know these things. We loved every minute of our stay!

Our wedding party stayed at Just B for our wedding in May 2017. The house is very well suited for large groups and we had a blast! The folks at Grayton Coast Rentals are very accommodating and helpful. The house is in a great central location, a very easy walk to the beach or the Red Bar.

The stove-top and oven were problematic (2 of the burners didn't work and the oven wouldn't stay lit). In addition, the dish washer was difficult to use and didn't work very well. Otherwise, it is a wonderful property with exceptional views. The additional bedroom additions were much appreciated.

It's a perfect getaway. The red bar traffic had gotten 1000x worst over the past 15 years so you are away from the traffic and overlooking the lake with a view of the dunes and ocean. Perfect getaway. Can't wait to go back. We already have it reserved for next year. it still has the new fresh smell like a new house

We had a great stay and loved the house and location. Upon and throughout our stay the exterior doors did not want to stay closed. I can only imagine this increases energy cost. Also, black out shades on the bedroom windows would be a huge bonus. Overall it was great and I would rent this house again.

several things needed to be set up(new House)The only real problem was the erratic hot water. We have reserved again for next year. The house has a dock on Western Lake and the ocean is available after a short walk.
