Gas grill and upgraded appliances for your convenience. 100 ft from public beach walkway on Garfield street. 100 yard to Grayton Lake which is great for kayaks, yolo boards and fishing. Parking for up to 8 cars. Dining table for 10 people.Flat screen TV's throughout, 2 outdoor gas grills, 1 fridge in kitchen, extra fridge in storage room on ground floor, 3 ice machines. Free WIFI.

If you want to be in the hub of activity in Grayton Beach, this is the place for you. Close to shops, restaurants, beach, lake, amazing can't ask for more! Home rents Saturday to Saturday during Summer season.

The house was perfect for us. Very close to the beach, the bay, shopping, restaurants. THe curated art is delightful. There is lots of space for relaxing in the pool, in hammocks or swings on the balcony... It is not the fanciest house... It is very comfortable

Great location just off of the beach, the house is nice although getting a little worn out. They used to give returning guest preference for renting the house the next year but apparently that has changed. You need to plan 18 months ahead now, not sure how one does that. All the houses are getting expensive in the area, it will be interesting to see how that works out.

Great stay at Grayton Station. Cool house. Great location. Awesome parking for up to six cars. Good layout. Pool house works really well for larger groups that need extra space. Grayton Coast Rentals has always been great to work with. We will return.

Our family from grandparents to f-year-old had a great week at Grayton Station. The house is a lot of fun, and makes one feel like at a party all week long. The location is terrific for everything, but particularly the beach. Parking, which is generally at a premium is adequate for the house. The heating pool is worth the extra charge. There were a couple of issues--some of the bed linens were not up to the level of the house--indeed, there were enough towels but they were mostly worn, and one sheet had a big hole in it; not what one expects at this level of rental.

4 families from Niceville decided to have a staycation. It was awesome. The proximity to the Red Bar and the beach was awesome! The house was immaculate and the heated pool was a kid favorite. 5 stars for sure!!!

House is beautifully decorated. The house of doors......there's so much art to see. Everywhere you look there's something new to see. Beds are comfy & location to beach & The Red Bar is perfect. Great views of sunset from the front balcony's.

Steps from the beach in one direction and steps to your favorite food/drinks in the other. Why go anywhere else? This is our second year staying here and are so incredibly happy with the 7 days of bliss we had. The art (inside and out) alone will keep the conversations flowing. I've never stayed in such an inviting space where the entire family (20 of us) all felt at home. Make sure to rent the bikes so you can ride into Seaside - with drink in hand - for food & shopping without the hassle of having to find parking. We can't wait to start planning for next year!!

We had a nice, relaxing time at Grayton Station (amid the Covid virus going on) and the proximity to the beach was perfect! The decor and artwork was very unique which we loved! The layout of the house was great for our multiple families and we stayed in for dinners most the time. Kitchen utensils, pots, pans, knives, could all be replaced. Kitchen supplies could be more plentiful too (we almost couldn't find a wine opener, but went to pool house). The stove was very slow to heat up. The wifi was not the best but they worked to try and make it better since we did have a few people working some days. The air conditioner on the main floor did stop working and they quickly got it fixed! All in all, we enjoyed our time and would definitely come back!

This rental really has pizzaz! great layout for the house with a carriage apartment, well constructed and fun art everywhere. Kitchen utensils could be improved (like including a coffee maker, not a Keurig)but rental company was very responsive and professional. I would recommend renting this property!

We love Grayton Station. This year was a very limited visit with Michael creating havoc on the Gulf Coast! We had 3 great days in the heart of Grayton and then mandatory evacuation returned us to Atlanta. This was our second year in Grayton Station and it was perfect for our family and friends. Here's to a future stay!

This new or newly renovated beach house is the most adorable we have ever seen! The detail that was put in the artwork and home design is so unique! The living room and dining area is large enough for many many guests. The only slight drawback is the kitchen. It is a little on the small side, but if you don't have too many cooks in it, you are fine. The house is well stocked with all the supplies you need and the multiple ice makers make cooler filling and beach going a breeze. The pool house (which we now call the 'bungalow') is adorable and is perfect for the guest that needs or wants to have some privacy. Decks are great for swinging in any of their cozy and comfortable swings and watching the ocean, or activity at red bar which is right across the street! Clean?? Try SPOTLESS! I think we will stay here every time we come back!!?????????? Five hearts!

It was fun , relaxing and laid back . I do however think the owner should but doors up to every bedroom including the bunk room .<br/>The house was a fun beach house and we all enjoyed it . Needs hangers in the closets too.<br/>

We had a great time at Grayton Station! It fit our multiple families well and you can't beat the proximity to the beach! We spent a lot of time on the multiple decks and enjoyed cooking numerous meals in the kitchen. The only thing I wish was a little different was the size of the pool just because we had a ton of kids but we had fun nonetheless. The art adds a very unique touch and are great back drops for photos. Overall, it was a wonderful rental!
